40X Implementation of determinations
(1)
The Minister is required to review the regulations and other instruments under this Act in light of any commercial fishing determination and any allocation of that commercial fishing determination.
(2)
If the determination is required under the management plan for a share management fishery, the determination is to be implemented in accordance with this Act and the management plan.
