6A Payment of recreational freshwater fishing fee before extension to saltwater fishing
A recreational freshwater fishing fee paid under Division 4A of Part 2 of this Act before the substitution of that Division by the Fisheries Management and Environmental Assessment Legislation Amendment Act 2000 is taken to be a recreational fishing fee paid under that Division, as so substituted, for the balance of the period after that substitution for which the recreational freshwater fishing fee was paid.
The official receipt issued for the payment of the recreational freshwater fishing fee is taken to be an official receipt under that Division, as so substituted, for the balance of that period.
