91A Online registration of dealings
A party to a dealing may register the dealing by means of the online registration system.
A person must not use the online registration system for the purpose of registering a prohibited dealing.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
The regulations may prescribe the fees payable for use of the online registration system.
In this section—
online registration system means a system or facility for electronic communication approved by the Secretary that enables the registration of dealings in the Share Register.
