6 Filling of vacancy in office of member
(1)
If the office of a member becomes vacant, a person is, subject to this Act, required to be appointed to fill the vacancy.
(2)
A person is not required to be so appointed to fill a vacancy in the case of a member who was appointed under clause 1A(2)(d) if there are at least 4 remaining members of the TAF Committee.
