34A Definitions
In this Division—
fishing fee means a recreational fishing fee payable under this Division.
fishing fee exemption certificate means a certificate issued under section 34I and in force.
official receipt means a receipt issued under this Division for payment of a recreational fishing fee, being—
if the fishing fee was paid in person—
the hard copy receipt, or a copy of the receipt, issued as evidence of payment, or
a photo, including a photo on a smartphone or other mobile device, of the receipt that clearly displays the information on the receipt, or
if the fishing fee was paid over the telephone or by electronic means—
the receipt number issued as evidence of payment, or
a photo, including a photo on a smartphone or other mobile device, of the receipt that clearly displays the information on the receipt, or
any other evidence of payment of a fishing fee prescribed by the regulations.
This provision refers to the regulations (prescribed by the regulations
