Fisheries Management Act 1994

The TAF Committee is a continuation of the TAC Committee constituted under this Act immediately before the commencement of clause 1A of Schedule 2 (as inserted by the Fisheries Management Amendment Act 2015).

A member or deputy member of the TAC Committee who held office immediately before that commencement continues to hold office as a member or deputy member of the TAF Committee for the remainder of his or her term of appointment, subject to Schedule 2.
