Fisheries Management Act 1994

An application for a permit or a renewal of a permit that was duly made to the Minister under a repealed provision before the repeal of the repealed provision and not finally determined before the repeal of that provision is to be dealt with as an application for a permit or renewal of a permit under Part 21 of the Biosecurity Act 2015.

A relevant decision-maker may require the applicant to comply with any requirement relating to the application that the applicant would have been required to comply with if the application had been made under section 341 or 345 of the Biosecurity Act 2015.
