40F Public consultation by TAF Committee
(1)
Before the TAF Committee makes a fishing determination (or reviews any such determination), the TAF Committee is required to call for public submissions on the determination.
(2)
When the TAF Committee makes a fishing determination under this Division it is to have regard to any public submissions it receives within the time fixed by it for the making of those submissions.
