40Y Definition
In this Division—
non-commercial fishing determination means a fishing determination that relates to—
(a)
the taking of fish by recreational fishers, or
(b)
the taking of fish by recreational fishing methods, or
(c)
the taking of fish during charter fishing activities, or
(d)
the taking of fish for recreational fishing purposes, Aboriginal cultural fishing or any other purpose other than for sale.
