221H Secretary to keep register of licences
(1)
The Secretary must keep a register containing copies of licences issued under this Subdivision as in force from time to time.
(2)
The register is to be open for public inspection, without charge, during ordinary business hours, and copies of or extracts from the register are to be made available to the public on request, on payment of the fee fixed by the Secretary.
