220ZH Application of Division
(1)
This Division applies to the preparation, approval and implementation of—
(a)
recovery plans for threatened species, populations and ecological communities, and
(b)
threat abatement plans to manage key threatening processes.
(2)
In this Division, plan means any such recovery plan or threat abatement plan.
