(1)
On the withdrawal date, the persons who were members in connection with the withdrawn division immediately before the withdrawal date are members, without payment of a fee, of the State organisation.
(2)
As soon as reasonably practicable after the withdrawal date, the State organisation must take reasonable steps to notify the persons about membership of the State organisation.
