91 Definitions
In this part—
amending Act means the Local Court and Bail Legislation Amendment Act 2025.
commencement date means the date on which the amending Act, Schedules 1 and 2 commence.
former offices means the following offices—
(a)
Chief Industrial Magistrate,
(b)
Industrial Magistrate.
new offices means the following offices—
(a)
Chief Industrial Local Court Judge,
(b)
Industrial Local Court Judge.
