375 Recovery of amounts ordered to be paid
Any amount ordered to be paid by the Local Court constituted by an Industrial Local Court Judge under this Part may be recovered as if it were a judgment of the Local Court for the payment of a debt of the same amount (whether or not the Local Court has jurisdiction to give judgment for the payment of a debt of that amount).
