4 Office holders to take necessary steps to effect withdrawal
(1)
An interested office holder must take the steps necessary to ensure all of the following are fully effective—
(a)
a withdrawal from the CFMEU NSW,
(b)
the reconstitution of a withdrawn division as a State organisation,
(c)
the operation of this schedule in relation to a withdrawal or reconstitution.
(2)
The Industrial Court may, on the application of an interested office holder, make orders it considers appropriate to ensure that a person complies with subclause (1).
