31C Transitional arrangements relating to Industrial Gazette
This clause applies to any provision of an Act or statutory rule that is amended by the Industrial Relations Further Amendment Act 2006 to replace a reference to the Industrial Gazette with a reference to the NSW industrial relations website.
Any matter that was duly published in the Industrial Gazette as required or permitted by a provision to which this clause applies continues to have been duly published for the purposes of that provision on and after the relevant commencement day despite the amendment of the provision by the Industrial Relations Further Amendment Act 2006.
In this clause—
relevant commencement day means the day on which Schedule 1 [10] to the Industrial Relations Further Amendment Act 2006 commences.
