In this part—

aggrieved person—see section 144P(1)(a).

employee—

(a)

includes a worker within the meaning of the Work Health and Safety Act 2011, and

(b)

does not include a national system employee within the meaning of the Fair Work Act 2009 of the Commonwealth.

person conducting a business or undertaking does not include a person who is a national system employer within the meaning of the Fair Work Act 2009 of the Commonwealth.

sexual harassment order means an order made under section 144T.
