405 Relationship between Act and Police Act 1990
An award or order of the Commission does not have effect to the extent that it is inconsistent with a function under the Police Act 1990 in relation to the discipline, promotion or transfer of a police officer, or in relation to police officers who are hurt on duty.
The regulations may provide that an award or order of the Commission has effect despite any right or function referred to in subsection (1).
This section does not affect a decision of the Commission—
under Chapter 2, Part 6, or
under section 213 in relation to sections 209 and 210(1)(a)–(d).
