Increase to small claims threshold

Current

For proceedings commenced before the commencement of the amending Act, Schedule 1[24]—

(a)

section 379(3) and the Industrial Relations (General) Regulation 2020, clause 43 as in force immediately before the commencement continue to apply, and

(b)

section 379(3) does not apply.
