27 Conciliation and other Committees
(1)
A Conciliation Committee or Contract Regulation Committee established under the 1991 Act and in existence immediately before the repeal of that Act is taken to have been established under this Act as an Industrial Committee.
(2)
For the purposes of calculating the duration of any such Committee, the Committee is taken to have been established on the repeal of that Act.
(3)
Proceedings pending before the Committee on the repeal of that Act are to be continued as if they were pending under this Act.
