15 Basic wage
(1)
The adult basic wage on the repeal of the 1991 Act is $121.40 per week.
(2)
The adult basic wage may be varied by the Commission. Notice of any such variation is to be published in the Industrial Gazette by the Industrial Registrar.
(3)
A reference in another Act, in an industrial instrument, in an instrument made under an Act or in any document to the adult basic wage is to be read as a reference to the adult basic wage in force under this clause.
