121 Temporary unfitness for trial—stay of proceeding
(1)
This section applies if the Mental Health Court decides the person is unfit for trial and the unfitness for trial is not permanent.
(2)
The proceeding for the offence is stayed until, on a review under chapter 12, part 6, the tribunal decides the person is fit for trial.
