Notice of hearing
471 Notice of hearing
The tribunal must give each of the following persons written notice of the hearing of a review of a treatment support order—
the person subject to the order;
for an applicant review, if the person is not the applicant—the applicant;
the administrator of the authorised mental health service responsible for the person;
the chief psychiatrist.
The notice must be given at least 7 days before the hearing.
If the review is a tribunal review, the notice must state—
for a tribunal review mentioned in section 465(4)—that the tribunal proposes to consider whether to confirm the category of the treatment support order as inpatient; or
for another tribunal review—any particular matter the tribunal proposes to consider on the review.
