416 When particular tribunal review is not required
(1)
This section applies to a tribunal review of a treatment authority mentioned in section 413(4), if the tribunal receives written notice under section 210(5) of the amendment of the authority.
(2)
The tribunal is not required to conduct, or complete the hearing of, the review.
