5 Information about absences
(1)
The fact that the relevant patient is a patient required to return, only if the chief psychiatrist is satisfied the information is relevant to the safety and welfare of the person entitled to receive information under the information notice.
(2)
The fact that the relevant patient has returned to an authorised mental health service, after having been required to return, if the chief psychiatrist has provided information under subsection (1) about the absence.
