454 Order for person charged with prescribed offence
(1)
This section applies if a forensic order for a person was made on a reference in relation to a prescribed offence allegedly committed by the person.
(2)
The tribunal must not revoke the forensic order unless—
(a)
the person has been examined, under an order made under section 721, by an examining practitioner; and
(b)
the tribunal has obtained and considered the examining practitioner’s written report on the examination.
(3)
This section is subject to section 452.
