327 Application of part to forensic disability client
This part applies in relation to a forensic disability client as if—
(a)
a reference in the part to a relevant patient were a reference to a forensic disability client; and
(b)
a reference in the part to the chief psychiatrist were a reference to the director of forensic disability; and
(c)
a reference in the part to an authorised mental health service were a reference to the forensic disability service.
