Requirement to give effect to tribunal decision

Current

Each of the following persons must, as soon as practicable after receiving notice of the tribunal’s decision in the proceeding, ensure the tribunal’s decision is given effect—

(a)

if an authorised mental health service is responsible for the person the subject of the proceeding—the administrator of the service;

(b)

if the forensic disability service is responsible for the person the subject of the proceeding—the administrator of the service.
