511 Notice of hearing
(1)
The tribunal must give the following persons written notice of the hearing of the application—
(a)
the person the subject of the application;
(b)
the applicant;
(c)
the administrator of the authorised mental health service identified in the application as the service in which the non-ablative neurosurgical procedure is to be performed.
(2)
The notice must be given at least 7 days before the hearing.
