775 Purpose of ch 17
The purpose of this chapter is to provide for—
(a)
the confidentiality of information identifying persons who have received health services for a mental illness; and
(b)
the use and disclosure of particular personal information for particular purposes; and
(c)
offences relating to the publication of particular judicial proceedings.
