476 Community category—deciding whether authorised doctor may reduce treatment in community
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
the category of the treatment support order is community; or
(b)
the tribunal changes the category of the treatment support order to community under section 475.
(2)
The tribunal must decide whether an authorised doctor may, under section 216(1), amend the person’s treatment support order to reduce the extent of treatment in the community received by the person.
