439 Notice of hearing
The tribunal must give each of the following persons written notice of the hearing of a review of the forensic order—
the person subject to the order;
for an applicant review, if the person is not the applicant—the applicant;
if an authorised mental health service is responsible for the person—
the administrator of the service; and
the chief psychiatrist;
if the forensic disability service is responsible for the person—
the administrator of the service; and
the director of forensic disability;
the Attorney-General.
The notice must be given at least 14 days before the hearing.
If the review is a tribunal review, the notice must state—
for a tribunal review mentioned in section 433(4)—that the tribunal proposes to consider whether to confirm the category of the forensic order as inpatient; or
for another tribunal review—any particular matter the tribunal proposes to consider on the review.
