526 When interstate transfer approval or international transfer approval takes effect
An interstate transfer approval or international transfer approval takes effect—
(a)
if the tribunal imposes 1 or more conditions on the approval that must be satisfied before the approval takes effect—when all of the conditions are satisfied; or
(b)
otherwise—on the granting of the approval.
