200 Application of pt 2
This part applies to each of the following patients of an authorised mental health service—
(a)
an involuntary patient subject to—
(i)
a treatment authority; or
(ii)
a forensic order; or
(iii)
a treatment support order;
(b)
a person from another State detained in an authorised mental health service under section 368(3)(b);
(c)
a classified patient (voluntary);
(d)
a patient receiving treatment and care under an advance health directive or with the consent of a personal guardian or attorney.
