643 Resignation of office
(1)
The judge may resign as a member of the Mental Health Court by signed notice of resignation given to—
(a)
if the judge is the Chief Justice—the Governor; or
(b)
otherwise—the Chief Justice.
(2)
The notice takes effect when it is given under subsection (1) or, if a later time is stated in the notice, at the later time.
