806 Persons subject to assessment documents
(1)
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a person for whom assessment documents were in force under the repealed Act was being taken under that Act to a place.
(2)
The repealed Act continues to apply in relation to the taking of the person as if that Act had not been repealed.
