149 Transport to authorised mental health service
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
the Mental Health Court makes a forensic order or treatment support order for a person and the category of the order is inpatient; and
(b)
an authorised mental health service is responsible for the person under the order.
(2)
An authorised person may transport the person to the authorised mental health service.
