153 Status of forensic order or treatment support order if amended
(1)
A forensic order or treatment support order made under this part has effect subject to any amendment of the order—
(a)
by the tribunal under chapter 12; or
(b)
by an authorised doctor under section 212 or 216.
(2)
The order, as amended, continues as an order of the Mental Health Court.
