20 Publication of information statement
(1)
On and from the day on which a retirement village notice for a retirement village is lodged with the Registrar of Titles under Part 2, the operator of the retirement village must publish the information statement for the village as certified under section 19(2) and (3) and keep that information statement published on the Internet site of the operator.
Penalty: 60 penalty units for a natural person;
