31 Application for enforcement of charge
Any of the following persons may apply to the Supreme Court for an order enforcing a charge securing a repayable entry payment for a right to occupy premises in a retirement village—

(a)
a resident, in respect of the resident's repayable entry payment for a right to occupy premises in the retirement village;
(b)
the Director.
