Retirement Villages Act 1986

The functions of the Secretary under this Part are—

administering the conciliation scheme; and

any other function conferred on the Secretary in relation to the conciliation scheme.

The Secretary must, as far as is reasonably practicable ensure that, for those who seek to use the conciliation scheme or who are affected by the conciliation scheme, the conciliation scheme is—

accessible; and

impartial; and

fair; and

accountable; and

efficient; and

effective.
