26B Offences for contracts that are not in the prescribed form
(1)
A contracting party must not enter into a residence contract for a retirement village with a resident that—
(a)
is not in the prescribed form, if any, for the type of residence contract; or
(b)
does not contain the prescribed provisions, if any, for the type of residence contract.
Penalty: 60 penalty units for a natural person;
