38BC Charges for optional services
(1)
The proprietor or operator of a retirement village (as the case requires) must not levy a charge for optional services against a person who has delivered up vacant possession of premises in the retirement village for any period after the time at which the person delivered up vacant possession of the premises.
Penalty: 60 penalty units for a natural person;
