38ZB Recording and reporting requirements to Director
A retirement village operator must provide to the Director a copy of the report presented under section 38ZA(2) to the residents at the annual meeting of the residents within 14 days of the date on which the annual meeting is held.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
In relation to reports provided under subsection (1), the Director may do any of the following—
collect, collate, analyse and retain information contained in the reports;
conduct research;
publish a report on the outcome of that research, collation or analysis, provided that the publication does not identify, or is not likely to identify, a resident or former resident of a retirement village who was a party to a village dispute.
