38ZZB Secretary to record agreed amendments to agreement
(1)
If after a village dispute is re-opened under section 38ZZA, the parties agree on a further settlement of the village dispute or a part of the dispute and on changes to be made to the recorded agreement, the Secretary must amend the agreement to set out the agreed changes.
(2)
If the Secretary amends a recorded agreement under subsection (1), the Secretary must—
(a)
retain a copy of the amended agreement; and
(b)
give every party to the dispute a copy of the amended agreement no later than 5 business days after amending the agreement.
