26K Contract checks
A contract check is a check of the retirement village contracts entered into by a resident of a retirement village that relate to the village that consists of the operator of the village providing—
(a)
the information described in section 26L or in section 26M to the resident, as the case requires; and
(b)
an opportunity for the resident to ask questions about the contracts, either orally or in writing, as the resident decides.
