33M Minutes
The chair of a meeting of residents must ensure that minutes are taken and kept of each meeting of residents.
The minutes must record—
the business considered; and
the text of any resolution on which a vote is taken and the result of the vote.
The chair of a meeting of residents must ensure that a copy of the minutes for each meeting of residents is made available for inspection by residents of the retirement village.
A resident of a retirement village may make a copy of the minutes of any meeting of residents of that retirement village.
