37B When a non-owner resident may modify fixtures and fittings
A non-owner resident of a retirement village must not add, remove or alter any fixtures or fittings on the non-owner resident's premises unless—
(a)
the non-owner resident has made a request under section 37C and the operator of the retirement village has consented to the addition, removal or alteration; or
(b)
the addition, removal or alteration is a prescribed addition, removal or alteration.
