38ZZC Termination of recorded agreement if no further agreement reached
If after a village dispute is re-opened under section 38ZZA, the parties do not agree on a further settlement of the dispute or a part of the dispute, the recorded agreement is terminated as to the whole or the part of the dispute not agreed on.
