33E Notice of meeting—special resolution about variation of services or facilities
If a special resolution for the approval of a variation of a service or facility is to be moved at a meeting of residents, a notice under section 33B must also state—
that a special resolution is proposed to approve the variation of a service or facility; and
details of the proposed variation; and
an estimate of the costs (if any) of the proposed variation; and
whether the payment of a special levy or an increase of the maintenance charge to an amount that is greater than the adjusted maintenance charge will be required to give effect to the proposed variation.
